Pool Guidelines
We want everyone to enjoy the pool in a safe and fun way, so please keep the following guidelines in mind:
Pools are open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Kindly rinse off in the shower before entering the pools to keep the water clean and sanitary.
For your safety, diving is not allowed as the pools are shallow.
Please note, there are no lifeguardsโplease swim responsibly.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Little ones must be at least 3 years old and toilet-trained to enjoy the pools.
Letโs keep the area safeโno glass or breakable items are allowed in the pool area.
Food is not allowed in the pools, so enjoy your snacks poolside instead!
Pool side chairs and loungers are not allowed in the pool.
๐ Pets are not allowed at any pool area or ranchero. At all times, pets must be leashed, kept under control, and cleaned up after while on common property.
Noise Etiquette
We encourage you to enjoy your music and conversations, while being mindful of neighbours and shared living spaces. Please observe the following:
Personal Audio Devices in Common Areas: Music may not be played aloud in the pool or other common areas. You are welcome to use headphones or earbuds in these spaces to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Music and Noise Within Units: Music, television, and other audio played inside a unit must be kept at a volume that cannot be heard outside the unit. Sound that is audible in neighbouring units, or common areas is considered a disturbance and is not permitted.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, you must avoid any noise that may disturb others.
General Courtesy
To maintain a comfortable and clean environment for all, we ask that you:
Help us keep the complex tidyโplease dispose of garbage in the proper bins located in the parking lots..
Avoid hanging clothes or towels on railings to maintain the communityโs clean and polished appearance.
Due to limited parking spaces, only one car per unit. Do not block other cars in.
Fireworks are not allowed in the complex.
Please note that Costa Rican law prohibits drugs.
Our daytime security are here to help enforce these guidelinesโthank you for being respectful and cooperative.
A Few More Notes
Renters are not allowed to bring dogs. This helps ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all residents and guests.
The complex has its own wastewater treatment plant, which is not equipped to handle toilet paper. Please dispose of toilet paper in your bathroom trash can.
Garbage containers are located in the parking areas around the complex, please bag and close trash.
La Colina staff cannot enter individual units. If you need assistance, please reach out to your property manager or unit owner.
Occasionally, with high occupancy, our well water is not able to keep up with demand. Please limit your usage in showering, laundry, and toilet flushing. Alert your property manager or owner of any running toilets that need attention.
